Penn State Football weekends, Penn State event weekends, spring, and summer months are very active times at Carnegie House. Please check availability early!

Rates are for single or double occupancy with continental breakfast, complimentary spring water and freshly-baked Carnegie House cookies in each room.  Turn down service is available.  Check-in is requested after 3:00 and check-out by 11 a.m. Late check-ins can be arranged.  Luggage storage is available for those leaving after noon.  Each guest room is equipped with direct dial telephone, remote control TV, clock radio and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.  Rooms are equipped for two adults only.  No cots are available.

RESERVATION-DEPOSIT-CANCELLATIONS
A one night's deposit per room is required and may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check or corporate arrangement. A refund of deposit, less a cancellation fee, will be made for cancellations received 14 days prior to reservations, except for special event weekends.

MEETING ROOM
The Board Room seats up to 14 people. Rental of half day and full day includes morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. The room is equipped with a TV, VCR, slide and overhead projectors, screen, and a telephone.

Carnegie House is located in the geographic center of Pennsylvania, near the town of State College and within driving distance of many major cities including: Harrisburg (1.5 hrs , 90 mi), Pittsburgh (3 hrs , 137 mi), Baltimore (3.5 hrs , 170 mi), Philadelphia (3.5 hrs , 194 mi), Washington D.C. (4 hrs , 215 mi), New York City (4.5 hrs , 250 mi), Cleveland (4.75 hrs , 240 mi), and Toronto (6.5 hrs , 304 mi). Twenty-five daily commercial flights to the University Park Airport are available through US Air Express, Northwest Airlink and United Express. Courtesy transportation from Carnegie House is available for airline passengers. Ground transportation via taxi, limousine and rental car is also available.
